The Justin Bieber Believe Tour 2012-13 returns in January 2013 after a holiday break for one month of concerts.. He will be in San Antonio, TX on Saturday, January 12, 2013 with the show starting at 7:00pm show. The opening support act is YouTube sensation Carly Rae Jepsen. Look for the new hit Boyfriend and other hit songs from Believe released in June 2012 as well as the old favorites. "Never Say Never" when it comes to The Biebs and his music productions.
